Our personalized jewelry creation process starts with a consultation, where you share your ideas and inspirations. We then provide you with detailed 3D renderings of your custom piece, allowing you to visualize your design before it is crafted.

After finalizing your design, you will receive a proforma invoice detailing the costs for raw materials and production. Please note that creating your 3D design requires up to 30 hours of meticulous work, as we take extra care to ensure every detail meets our high standards. Once the design is approved, the production of your custom piece may take up to 15 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction throughout the process, with open communication every step of the way.

Choose from a variety of materials, gemstones, and design elements to create a piece that is uniquely yours. We offer endless customization possibilities, allowing you to incorporate meaningful symbols or themes into your jewelry.

The cost of the 3D modeling (360 euros) will be deducted from the final price if you decide to proceed with the production of your physical jewelry piece. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our orders, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

For those looking to immerse themselves in the design process, our Creation Experience option allows you to witness the entire 3D modeling journey in real-time. For 500 euros, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with our designers, make live modifications, and see your ideas transform into reality as you collaborate on the design of your piece.

Once your piece is complete, we’ll handle the shipping directly to your door. Our commitment doesn’t end at delivery; we’re here to support you with any questions or adjustments you may need after receiving your jewelry.
